Build and develop strong candidate pipelines by proactively attracting both active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, networks, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels. Build a strong understanding of the business, market trends, and the talent market to provide strategic advice, relevant market insights, and support well-founded recruitment decisions. Use recruitment data and key metrics to monitor candidate pipelines, identify risks, and continuously improve and optimize recruitment processes. Contribute to the development of the Talent Acquisition function by sharing best practices, driving improvement initiatives, and developing effective ways of working with colleagues globally. What You Bring You have documented experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, technology, volume recruitment, or recruitment of skilled labor. You have good experience with sourcing and using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networks, and other innovative methods to attract candidates. You build trusting relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders and thrive at driving multiple recruitment processes in parallel. You have good organizational skills, can prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You have experience with recruitment systems, such as Avature, and use recruitment data and metrics to monitor and develop recruitment efforts.
