Job Description As a nurse with us, you have a central role in acute care. You work with patient assessment, medication management, participation in rounds, supportive conversations, and other nursing-specific tasks. The work is varied and the pace changes – from rapid interventions to close follow-up. Your time is divided between acute assessment situations, patient-centered care, and team collaboration. You work closely with doctors and carers in a multidisciplinary team, but also in close contact with ambulance, police, social services, and other social actors. Together, we create security and structure for patients in very vulnerable situations – both on site and in the field via the mobile team. About You You are a licensed nurse – and the most important thing is that you have a genuine interest in psychiatric care. If you have specialist training in psychiatry or previous experience from psychiatric services, that is a merit, but absolutely no requirement. Regardless of background, we offer you a solid introduction program, tailored to your previous experience. You will get a safe start with mentoring, comprehensive knowledge transfer, and the opportunity to gradually grow into the role. Since you work in constant dialogue with patients and colleagues, it is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
