The preschool in Falun Municipality operates according to the Curriculum for Preschool (Lpfö 18) and offers a safe, fun and educational environment for children. Through our activities, we convey and anchor respect, democratic values and a desire to learn – every day. Our remote area preschools include the following: Svärdsjö, Enviken, Linghed, Toftbyn, Sundborn, Danholn, Grycksbo, Bjursås, Sågmyra, Aspeboda and Vika. It is important that you have the ability to get to the workplace, as public transport to some of these locations is limited. Work Tasks As an hourly substitute, you work together with regular staff with children aged 1–5 years. You actively contribute to the preschool's daily activities by participating in outdoor play, creative activities and excursions as well as by supporting children in routine situations such as dressing, meals and rest time. You are an engaged adult who inspires play and learning and creates security in the children's everyday life. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues and guardians to create a positive and developmental environment. You work independently both outdoors and indoors. The work requires flexibility as you may be assigned to several different preschools within the municipality and adapt to new teams and routines. Qualifications For this role: You must be 18 years of age or older Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, such as reading books, game rules, etc. Personal qualities: We are looking for someone who is attentive, stable and responsible.
