Falu Hospital is Dalarna's regional hospital serving a catchment area of approximately 280,000 residents. Here you will find AT in an organization with a broad patient base, good training climate, and high specialist expertise. On-call service occurs with close support from experienced colleagues and backup on-call coverage. Parts of the AT will be completed at other facilities in Dalarna to provide broad clinical experience. Work Tasks It is now time to apply for AT with start dates in mid-February and mid-May 2027. Our structure: 6 months in internal medicine specialties, Falun Hospital, including some weeks at the medical clinic in Ludvika 6 months in surgical specialties, Falun Hospital 3 months in psychiatry. Inpatient psychiatry at the regional inpatient clinic in Falun and Säter. Outpatient psychiatry in Falun or Ludvika 6 months in general medicine conducted in Falun/Borlänge/Säter/Gagnef or in Västerbergslagen Qualifications We are seeking you with high social competence and good judgment. You are easy to collaborate with while having a strong ability to lead. You are mature, motivated, and have good self-awareness. You possess the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to successfully perform work as an AT physician. We seek our future specialists and would appreciate if you have an interest in longer-term collaboration and a willingness to help develop our operations together with us in Southern Dalarna. You have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Formal Qualifications: At the beginning of your general service, you must have a Swedish medical degree and be able to present the corresponding diploma or a decision from the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding general service.
