Description The County Administrative Board is seeking two temporary case officers for the Rural Development Unit at the Department for Sustainable Development. Your workplace will be at our office in Falun. The work group's main task is to process and disburse the EU's agricultural support. Process and disburse investment support as well as control agricultural support. The unit's employees make approximately 4,500 decisions per year, which largely involves high-volume processing and clear time targets. The work also includes providing information to farmers in Dalarna regarding agricultural support and investment support. Work Tasks Your primary work tasks will be to process and decide on the EU's agricultural policy measures in Dalarna. The work is independent, but since we handle several different forms of support, you will often need to work closely with your colleagues. Your case processing work will primarily be based on worklists to follow up on control points according to established procedures. In addition to processing in data systems, you will have contact with farmers and consultants, mainly by phone and e-mail. Contact with the Board of Agriculture and other county administrative boards may also be part of your work tasks. Qualifications Requirements Post-secondary education in agriculture or natural sciences, or alternatively other education that we can assess as equivalent. You have good ability to express yourself clearly and professionally in speech and writing in Swedish. Good computer skills. Meritorious Experience processing EU agricultural support and knowledge of the regulations for these supports. Experience as a support applicant or work on a consulting basis within the field. Together with your colleagues, you work toward common goals, and it is therefore a prerequisite that you are good at both collaborating and communicating with others. You take your own initiative to plan, structure, and streamline your work within given parameters. You learn new tasks easily and can take in new instructions. You are stable in terms of delivery with good quality and can maintain energy even during intensive work periods. Terms The positions are temporary from 1/12-2026 through 31/12 2027.
