About the Operations
As a specialist nurse, you'll be a key person in patients' care journeys. Through close collaboration with physicians, nursing assistants, social workers, psychologists, and other professionals, you'll be responsible for psychiatric nursing care, follow-up, and coordination of interventions. You follow patients over time and contribute to creating security, continuity, and well-coordinated care.
Your work will include:
Providing psychiatric nursing care and continuous follow-up
Participating in assessments and care planning
Working with medication management and treatment
Creating security and continuity for patients and their families
Working closely with other functions at the clinic and other stakeholders
Contributing to development of work methods and quality in the operations
In fall 2026, we're launching an educational clinic within our existing operations. This initiative means more physicians will be active at the clinic, creating excellent conditions for deeper teamwork, skills development, and strengthened care quality for our patients.

Here you'll meet patients in their daily lives and work with continuity, relationships, and long-term care interventions. This is a position for someone who is confident in their professional role and wants to work independently—in close collaboration with a competent multidisciplinary team. The Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic in Falun provides specialist psychiatric care for adult patients with various psychiatric conditions. The operations are characterized by a holistic perspective where medical, psychological, and nursing interventions work together to create sustainable long-term care solutions. We are an operation in development with room to influence work methods and contribute to continued quality and operational development.

Experience working in psychiatry
