Your Role As a nurse with us, you will have an independent and varied job where you play an important role in patient care. You will work with phone advice, assessment and triage, as well as patient visits in planned clinics. Here you will meet both patients with planned care needs and patients seeking care for more acute issues, which provides exciting variety in your work and broad clinical experience. The work is carried out in close collaboration with doctors and other professionals at the health care center to create safe, accessible, and person-centered care. Your Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Experience with phone advice, triage, and work in the Cosmic medical records system is a merit. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We are looking for someone who is confident in your professional role, contributes to a good work environment, and enjoys collaborating with others. You have the ability to prioritize, find solutions, and meet varying situations at work with a calm and professional approach. You enjoy contributing ideas and engagement in the development of our operations and our ways of working. Our Operations Tierps Health Care Center is located between Uppsala and Gävle with good commuting options. From Uppsala, both trains and buses run every half hour during rush hour, and the health care center is within walking distance of the station. We have approximately 19,700 registered patients, making us one of the country's largest health care centers. We are approximately 120 employees with different professions who together work with all primary care responsibilities. Our patients are both young and old and live in Tierp and the surrounding rural areas. We continuously work to develop our operations and our ways of working to create even better care for our patients and an even better workplace for our employees.
