Now we are seeking a Production Manager who wants to be part of developing our production through present-day leadership, a strong focus on our employees, and a drive to continuously improve operations. Your Responsibilities As a Production Manager, you play a key role in daily operations and are responsible for creating the conditions for safe, stable, and efficient production. You lead the work closely with operations and ensure that production delivers according to plan with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. You have overall responsibility for ensuring production flows efficiently by having control over machine status, staffing, materials, and planning. You actively work to minimize disruptions, optimize changeovers, and ensure that the right conditions are in place for upcoming production. In this role, you lead, coach, and develop your employees in daily work. You create engagement and accountability by being present in production and building a culture where collaboration, initiative-taking, and continuous improvement are a natural part of everyday work. You continuously work with follow-ups using relevant key performance indicators, drive improvement initiatives such as Lean, 5S, and SMED, and actively participate in the daily management of operations. Safety is always the top priority, and you ensure that work is conducted according to applicable procedures and safety regulations. Your Profile We are looking for someone with leadership experience in industry who thrives in an operation where the pace is high and decision-making is quick. You have a good understanding of production flows and experience creating structure, driving improvements, and developing people. As a leader, you are clear, confident, and action-oriented. You build trust through your communication style and have the ability to get people to work toward common goals. You are motivated by developing both individuals and teams and see the value in being present where operations happen. We would like to see experience with Lean, 5S, SMED, or other methods related to continuous improvement. If you also have experience with daily management and KPI monitoring, we see that as a merit. To succeed in this role, we believe you are organized, solution-oriented, and engaged. You have the ability to prioritize, make decisions, and act when something is not working, while building a culture where employees feel responsibility and involvement.
