Close Care Unit Tierp/Älvkarleby We are looking for nursing assistants for the Close Care Unit in Tierp Älvkarleby! We are currently seeking nursing assistants for a temporary position of 6 months with the possibility of extension and a permanent contract. The employment rate will vary between 80-100%. Your Assignment As a nursing assistant with us, you work together with the rest of the team to meet the patient's medical care needs. In addition to providing the best possible care to our patients, you will be part of continuing to develop the operations. We work together to create a cohesive care process where everyone knows their role and where everyone can contribute to clarity and security for patients and relatives. We work based on person-centered care where great emphasis is placed on ensuring that the patient also has a natural involvement in planning their own care. Your Competence We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with a certificate of protected professional title for nursing assistant from the National Board of Health and Welfare. It is meritorious if you have healthcare experience, knowledge of person-centered care, and training as a specialist nursing assistant in elderly care, palliative care, or rehabilitation. As a person, you are positive, engaged, unpretentious, and empathetic with the ability to see the patient's needs and have good collaboration skills with other professional competencies. You should be able to contribute to a good work environment and not be unfamiliar with new working methods. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Our Operations The Close Care Unit is part of Health Center Tierp-Älvkarleby and is located in Tierp, between Uppsala and Gävle, with good commuting opportunities. The operations consist of 18 care beds with shorter care periods and adapted admission and discharge flows. The unit's mission is at the primary care level for ages 17 and up with inpatient care that does not require hospital specialist resources; we also provide some day care.
