We are looking for a Customer Service Representative! Kila People AB is now seeking driven consultants for an exciting assignment with our client – Apotea in Morgongåva. About the role and assignmentAs a customer service representative, your primary task will be to provide excellent service via phone, email, and chat. You will work as a consultant through Kila People, but your day-to-day work will be on-site at Apotea in Morgongåva. Your work tasks include: Handle incoming inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and invoices. Manage orders and returns efficiently in our internal systems. Provide advice and ensure that every customer interaction ends with a smile. Who are you? We are looking for someone who loves communication and is comfortable with the phone as your primary work tool. For this role, we seek someone who: Is a problem solver: You have experience from e-commerce or customer service and are motivated by helping others. Is efficient and thorough: You have good computer skills and navigate quickly between different systems without compromising quality. You are also open to new systems. Has strong language skills: You express yourself fluently in both speech and writing in both Swedish and English. Is flexible: You adapt easily to changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment. It is strongly meriting if you have previously worked in the Lima system or have good product knowledge of the client's range.
