Want to create change for young people? | Treatment Worker at Samskapa, Tollarp
About Samskapa At Samskapa, we work with young people who have some of the most complex treatment needs within residential care. These are young people who may have a combination of severe social issues, neurodevelopmental disorders, trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and behaviors that demand a lot from both you and the organization. Many have already encountered several different interventions. You will therefore meet young people where there isn't always a straightforward path forward and where sometimes something different from what has been tried before is needed. This is also what makes Samskapa a place for you as a treatment worker who wants to develop professionally. Here you get to work with situations that require you to use your knowledge, make your own assessments, think creatively, and constantly consider what can actually make a difference for the specific young person you meet. We believe in competence, but we don't think that a single education or method solves complex problems. Our model, Integrated Professional Treatment, IPT, is based on the idea that different interventions and competencies need to work together to create real change. With us, you don't just get a job where you help young people. You get to work with some of the most demanding treatment assignments and together with colleagues who want to improve what we do. You feel secure when situations become intense and can be both warm and clear. You understand that boundaries and relationships are not opposites and can keep your composure even when the young person's emotions take center stage. You enjoy seeing development, even when it comes in small steps. When something doesn't work, you don't dwell on it but think about what you could do differently. You work independently and take responsibility for your assignment, but don't believe you need to have all the answers yourself. You appreciate working together with others, sharing experiences, and learning from your colleagues. We're looking for you who wants to work with young people who make high demands on you as a treatment worker and who think that's what makes the job meaningful.
