Prästavångsskolan has approximately 350 students in grades F-6 as a whole. The school also has five after-school program units; four grade-specific after-school units for grades F-3 and an after-school club for the older students in grades 4-6. The school has worked on health promotion for many years through health councils, values-based teams, and student welfare teams. Our movement initiative in collaboration with RF-SISU Skåne permeates a large part of the school's activities and breaks. In recent years, we have also become a Läsa Äger school and connected reading with movement through extra reading-promoting initiatives before and during holidays. JOB DUTIES As a student assistant, you support students in instruction and possibly during breaks to create security, participation, and good conditions for learning. Together with teachers, you plan, carry out, and follow up on adjustments based on students' needs. The assignment also includes work at Klubben, the after-school program for middle grades students, where you together with colleagues organize, develop, and follow up on activities and contribute to students' social and academic development. We are looking for someone who loves numbers and organization, but who also wants to work close to daily operations. This is not a traditional role where you only work with accounting. The role is divided approximately 50/50 between finance and purchasing/order tracking, making the position both varied and operationally focused. Nordiska Rum sells furniture and home décor to both private customers and businesses. We operate at a fast pace with large order flows and many suppliers, and we are now seeking another person who wants to be part of our continued growth. About the role Approximately half of your time will consist of ongoing accounting and financial administration. You will work independently with several important aspects of the company's finance function, including ongoing bookkeeping, monthly reconciliations, accruals, payroll processing, and VAT and employer declarations.
