JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We're the small municipality with big courage. Here, you're not a cog—you're a voice. And now we want a social secretary who wants to help shape the future, not just follow it. You'll work closely with: 5 investigators 1 intake secretary 5 child welfare secretaries 2 foster care secretaries 1 parental affairs secretary 1 family law secretary 2 team leaders A team that knows their stuff and wants more. You will: • investigate, follow up with, and support children throughout the entire process • work according to Signs of Safety (for real, not just on paper) • build relationships with children, parents, and their networks • collaborate with schools, child health clinics, open care services, and everything in between • dare to test new approaches, think differently, and speak up when needed We give you an introduction that matches you, not a template. You'll receive individual and team supervision, plus external guidance. You'll never stand alone. QUALIFICATIONS If you read this and think: This is my kind of workplace. You have: • a degree in social work (required) • preferably experience with placed children or investigations of children (children/youth is a plus) • preferably Signs of Safety experience • ability to listen, prioritize, organize, and collaborate But most importantly: you have courage, heart, and drive.
