Your Responsibilities As a network technician, you work to ensure that our customers' network environments function optimally and are secure and well-structured. You will, among other things: Install, configure, and maintain switches, routers, and firewalls Troubleshoot network traffic, communication issues, and performance concerns Work with WLAN environments, access points, and controllers Ensure redundancy, monitoring, and capacity planning Work with network segmentation, VPN, and other security-related functions Participate in change management and network architecture improvements Document network solutions and changes Your Profile You thrive in a technical role, are curious, and have a genuine interest in networking and infrastructure.
