Your New Role As our new Team Lead in geotechnics, you'll take on an exciting and important mission: to lead and develop our geotechnics team in Stockholm. You'll play a key role in driving the team's development, strengthening the business, and leading us toward common goals. You'll be an important part of the unit's management team and work closely with other Team Leads to shape a culture characterized by trust, transparency, and shared responsibility. In your role, you'll support the team's development, build trusting customer relationships, and actively contribute to creating a sustainable and business-oriented future. Through knowledge sharing and common working methods, we create a strong network that supports both individual and business development. Your main areas of responsibility will include: Personnel responsibility for your team Recruit, coach, and develop team members Allocate resources to projects, tender work, and internal technology development projects in close collaboration with other Team Leads and the unit manager Build and develop long-term customer relationships and create new business opportunities Lead and develop common strategies for team, unit, and business area About You You have a university degree or master's degree in geotechnics or a related field You have several years of experience working as a geotechnical engineer You are passionate about leading people, developing teams, and creating value for customers and society You are business-driven and results-oriented with good collaborative skills You speak and write fluent Swedish and English You are flexible and enjoy working on exciting projects – both locally and internationally. You are motivated by seeing others grow and succeed, and you have inclusive leadership based on support, participation, and clear direction.
