Quartermaster to FMTIS Command Support Unit

Swedish Armed Forces Telecommunications and Information Systems Regiment (FMTIS) is seeking a Quartermaster for the Command Support Unit (LSE) staff, currently based in Stockholm. Main Responsibilities: The Quartermaster reports to the LSE Staff Division Chief (also the unit's chief of staff) and holds overall logistical responsibility for the unit. In your role as Quartermaster, you will plan and lead material services, conduct inventory management, and actively support material handlers in respective divisions. You will also be heavily involved in supporting the division chief in unit development, planning, and quality monitoring. Your daily work includes frequent contact with other units and divisions within FMTIS as well as other parts of the Swedish Armed Forces. Since the unit is distributed across twelve locations nationwide, official travel is a natural part of your work. Requirements: - Experience with Swedish Armed Forces material systems - Experience with logistics work - Good knowledge of systems Lift and PRIO (SAP) - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint - Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English - Category B driver's license (for manual passenger car) Meritorious: - Experience with and knowledge of Swedish Armed Forces command systems Personal Qualities: You have good collaboration skills but can also work independently and are accustomed to taking significant personal responsibility. You can adapt your pace, are service-oriented, possess good analytical ability, and can see how details contribute to the whole.
