Head of Trainee Team, Stora Enso Forest

In this role, you are responsible for our trainee program where you lead the training of future forest machine operators while contributing to high safety, quality, and efficiency in raw material supply in the forest. As a leader of four work teams consisting of around fifteen forest machine operators at the beginning of their careers and three experienced mentors who support them operationally, you have full personnel responsibility and a key role in creating a safe, efficient, and developmental work environment. You work closely with the operation and spend a large part of your time out in the field, where you coach the team and ensure quality in training.
