About Us Kils Ryttarförening is a non-profit association with approximately 150 members. Our facility is located just outside Kils city center in Lökeneskogen near Lake Fryken. We have two outdoor arenas, a riding hall, excellent outdoor riding opportunities, and pastures adjacent to the stable. We also have private stalls with boarded horses. We offer riding lessons for beginners through advanced levels as well as para-equestrian groups. In addition to our regular riding school operations, we organize para-equestrian camps, competitions, and other horse-related activities that create community and joy for our members. About the Position We are seeking one to two riding instructors depending on employment level. As a riding instructor with us, you will be responsible for: - Planning and leading riding lessons and theory classes, varied at all levels from beginners to dressage and jumping specialization, with long-term planning for student development - Training the riding school's horses - Some administrative tasks related to riding school operations - Planning and participating in activities, courses, and camps - Horse and stable-related tasks - Working hours are scheduled for both daytime and evening shifts as well as weekends - Flexible employment level from hourly contracts to approximately 70% part-time.
