Hammarlunden Upper Secondary School is a newly built growing school with currently 500 students distributed across 21 classes. Here, students and teachers jointly shape the future. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a teacher at Hammarlunden Upper Secondary School, you will teach in several classes based on your subject qualifications. You will also work together with a colleague as a mentor in one of our classes. In your mentor role, you are expected to take significant responsibility for students' social situation and knowledge development. You are part of one of the school's work teams where collegial learning is the focus and collaboration between teachers in work and subject teams is a basic requirement. As a teacher at Hammarlunden School, you are expected to play an active role in student health work of a promoting and preventive nature with focus on accessible learning environments of physical, pedagogical, and social nature as well as work with school attendance. Your teaching is characterized by a language and knowledge development approach and you see all students' opportunity for support and stimulation in teaching as a matter of course. You have the ability to adapt teaching to the group's needs through guidance and stimulation as well as additional adjustments. You are an active and unpretentious leader who prefers collaborative work where collegial learning is at the center. You apply a student-centered approach and see students' participation in their own learning as a matter of course. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are qualified and certified to teach mathematics for grades 7-9. You should be flexible, have good collaboration skills and a positive attitude. Be good at building strong relationships with students, colleagues and guardians, and have a strong interest in children and young people's learning.
