Center for Obstetrics and Gynecology (CFOG) Västerbotten is a regional organization with approximately 250 employees, with units at the region's three hospitals included and working collaboratively. CFOG operates with a cross-regional process-oriented approach, and the hospitals in the region share responsibility for ensuring that people in Västerbotten have access to specialist maternity care, delivery, postpartum ward, postpartum outpatient clinic, postpartum home care, gynecological outpatient clinic, gynecological surgery, tumor surgery, and robotic surgery. With science as our foundation, we work together within CFOG for efficient workflows and are responsible for ensuring that operations are conducted with the highest quality and in accordance with the defined operational plan. CFOG in Skellefteå has approximately 90 employees working within the operational area. Our focus is to offer comprehensive and high-quality women's healthcare, including gynecological outpatient clinic, delivery, and postpartum outpatient services. JOB DUTIES As a midwife or nurse with us, you contribute with knowledge and commitment that make people feel secure. The workplace is a combined unit with delivery services and a shared inpatient ward for postpartum and gynecological care. As a midwife with us, you rotate and work with all areas. As a nurse, you also rotate, but work primarily with the inpatient ward for postpartum and gynecological care. On the ward, we work in teams around the patients. The team consists of nursing assistants, nurses, midwives, and physicians. In your role, you work professionally and put the patient in focus.
