About the Role We're now hiring a Project Administrator for an established company specializing in delivering complete data center projects throughout Europe. The company has built its reputation managing some of the continent's most complex data center facilities, from design and construction to commissioning. Now we're strengthening the team on the ongoing project in Skellefteå, where you'll play a central role in ensuring that project information, documentation, and administrative processes maintain the highest quality. As a Project Administrator, you'll be an important part of the team, working closely with the company's cost specialists. You'll be responsible for creating structure, ensuring documentation stays current, and supporting the team in day-to-day work. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy having many points of contact and are motivated by bringing order to a dynamic project environment. Your main responsibilities will include: Managing orders according to the company's routines and processes. Carrying out ongoing administration, registration, and office-related tasks. Maintaining and organizing project documentation. Following up on document comments and ensuring feedback is provided within agreed timeframes. Supporting the Quantity Surveyor team with reporting, tracking, and coordination. Participating in project meetings and following up on action items and deadlines. The position is based at the project office in Skellefteå and involves on-site work five days a week. About You We're looking for someone who is organized, solution-oriented, and has a natural ability to maintain order even when the pace is high. You're unpretentious, meticulous, and enjoy working closely with colleagues from different functions and countries. We see that you have: At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative work, preferably in construction, engineering, finance, or a related field. Very strong administrative and organizational abilities. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality. Good communication skills and an easy way of collaborating with others.
