Within the Health and Medical Care Administration, primary care, dental care, and hospital care are brought together in a single administration and organized into county and regional healthcare areas. The Skellefteå regional healthcare area includes the Emergency Department, Center for Surgical Operations, Medical and Geriatric Clinic, Rehabilitation Center, Psychiatric Clinic, and primary care in Skellefteå and Norsjö. Together, these entities provide good and accessible care.
The Psychiatric Clinic has approximately 250 employees. We provide both outpatient and inpatient care, as well as involuntary psychiatric care. We have two general psychiatric wards and one addiction ward. Outpatient services include two adult clinics, a clinic for young adults, an addiction clinic, an emergency and assessment unit, and other specialized outpatient units. Outpatient Unit 1 is located externally in central Skellefteå.

DUTIES
As a psychologist with us, you contribute with knowledge and commitment that make people feel secure. You are a present and warm person who, with your expertise and dedication, contributes to a holistic perspective that improves and secures the care process. You enjoy collaborating and being there for other people.
You will be part of multiprofessional teams that, in addition to psychologists, include physicians, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, care assistants, and medical secretaries. You work independently but also in collaboration with both internal and external partners. Our work is constantly evolving and requires the ability to adapt work methods to the individual's circumstances. Supervision is offered continuously.
At Outpatient Unit 1, we serve patients aged 25 and older with varying issues within specialized psychiatry. The work tasks are varied with a primary focus on assessment, evaluation, and talk therapy.
QUALIFICATIONS
We seek a licensed psychologist. Experience in specialist psychiatry and neuropsychiatric evaluation is meritorious. Additional further education is meritorious.
You have good command of Swedish, both spoken and written. Collaboration skills and flexibility are valuable qualities. An interest in development work is also important. We place great weight on personal suitability.
A driver's license (Category B) is meritorious.
