We are looking for a Department Manager in Exploration to drive growth, prioritization, and value creation in the Central Fennoscandia region. Your measurements become important decision support for the operation and a link between planning and underground production. The work combines practical tasks in the mine with analysis and follow-up above ground. One day you might be surveying rock caverns several hundred meters underground, and the next you could be processing data and updating mine maps. You are responsible for surveying rock caverns, establishing fixed points for production, and marking boreholes for exploration. You monitor volumes and ensure that the underlying data is accurate. The work also includes analyzing and quality-assuring measurement data and updating maps and models to provide reliable decision support.
