Personal Assistant Needed for Customer in Umeå - Part-Time Schedule

Learn more about us at www.godassistans.se We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our customer in Umeå. We have two available schedules with start in early October: Schedule 1: Wednesdays 12:30-17:30 & Thursdays 17:00-20:00 Schedule 2: Thursdays 8:30-13:30 & Fridays 8:30-13:30 One schedule will be combined with a team lead position for the customer. Working as a team lead means you are the link between the customer, the account manager, and the assistants. You are responsible for scheduling, staffing, and covering vacant shifts. Good communication and availability are important. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference and has a strong interest in working as a personal assistant. If you have previous experience in assistance or care work, that is a plus but not a requirement. You should be responsible and take initiative, be social, and have an interest in learning and meeting different people. Since the customer trains at the gym and is active in community organizations, it would be great if you share these interests. It is beneficial if you are creative and good at cooking and baking. Part of your responsibilities is helping the customer with daily tasks such as cleaning, shopping, and cooking. Tasks such as assisting with hair washing and providing neck and back massage are also included. What is most important for the customer is that you take primary responsibility for ensuring that daily routines are carried out. Good communication within the work team and with the team lead is also important. You may not be a smoker or use loose snus.
