Specialist Psychiatric Care Team, SPOT, works directly with patients at a care level between outpatient and inpatient care. The care approach is flexible and person-centered, where patients in a more acute phase can receive daily home visits, assessment, medication treatment, qualified support conversations, and structured suicide prevention. We offer more intensive interventions as a form of intensive outpatient care to prevent inpatient admission and promote earlier discharge. You will become an important advisor and collaboration partner for small and medium-sized businesses seeking security, quality, and personal service. As an accounting consultant with us, you manage your own client portfolio and work independently with everything from ongoing bookkeeping to financial statements and annual reports. Your main responsibilities include: Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations Payroll management and reporting to authorities Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Preparing annual reports Tax and corporate declarations Client advisory services on finance and accounting Contact with auditors, the Tax Agency, and other authorities Quality assurance of deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met You work proactively to identify improvement opportunities for clients and contribute to more efficient processes through digitalization, automation, and smart system solutions. Depending on your experience, mentoring junior colleagues and participation in internal development projects may also be part of the role.
