About the Role For us, it is important that as Operations Manager you want to be active and present in the operations. It is a prerequisite for you to be able to nurture and develop relationships with employees, residents, next of kin, and authorities. By being present in the operations, you can also ensure that the company's values, the pedagogical framework, and applicable legislation are followed in your operation/operations. You both want and have the ability to manage and follow up on operations based on the company's goals and financial framework. You have budget and results responsibility. About Nytida Familia Family Foster Care Nytida Familia family foster care has extensive experience in consultant-supported family foster care and serves children, young people, and adults. We have emergency and family foster homes as well as therapeutic families that, among other things, have the ability to receive placements involving criminality, substance abuse, NPF diagnoses, or placements under LVU § 2. We also have the knowledge and experience to meet people who for various reasons need protection, as well as children and young people who are to be placed together with a parent. In our network there are family homes and emergency homes with different orientations and backgrounds, which creates good conditions for making a good match for a placement. Our family foster care consultants have adequate education, such as social work degrees, behavioral scientists, or other equivalent education. Together, our family foster care consultants have many years of experience in family foster care and work with placements of children, young people, and adults with complex problems. We recruit carefully and place great emphasis on personal suitability. The staff group wants to make a difference for each individual placement, which constantly permeates the work being done. Active Leadership To succeed as a manager and leader with us requires active leadership grounded in our values. We therefore train all managers through Lära's leadership program. A leadership style that creates motivation and engagement among our employees. You are initiative-taking and responsive to customer needs and feel a natural respect for other people. Your Experience and Knowledge We are looking for someone with relevant higher education in care and welfare (e.g., social worker, social care) and experience from family foster care. You have at least two years of documented experience in management positions and good references regarding leadership. You have a coaching approach and want to see your employees grow and develop in their professional roles. You like to give and receive feedback and break down and work toward established goals.
