Independent Accounting Consultant with Firm Experience

We are now looking for an independent and engaged accounting consultant with at least five years of experience from an accounting firm who wants to help develop our clients' operations and contribute to our continued growth. With us, you will have a varied and responsible role where you work closely with your clients and are responsible for all or part of their financial function. You will become an important advisor and collaboration partner for small and medium-sized businesses seeking security, quality, and personal service. As an accounting consultant with us, you manage your own client portfolio and work independently with everything from ongoing bookkeeping to financial statements and annual reports. Your main responsibilities include: Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations Payroll management and reporting to authorities Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Preparing annual reports Tax and corporate declarations Client advisory services on finance and accounting Contact with auditors, the Tax Agency, and other authorities Quality assurance of deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met You work proactively to identify improvement opportunities for clients and contribute to more efficient processes through digitalization, automation, and smart system solutions. Depending on your experience, mentoring junior colleagues and participation in internal development projects may also be part of the role. We are looking for someone who Has at least 5 years of experience working at an accounting firm Has solid experience in payroll administration and payroll systems Has experience preparing financial statements and annual reports Is well-versed in tax matters and declaration work Has good knowledge of modern accounting systems.
