BUP's outpatient clinic is located in modern facilities in central Örebro and offers a stimulating work environment with high engagement, good collaboration, and an inclusive workplace culture. To strengthen management, a new management structure is being introduced with one unit manager and two deputy unit managers. The deputy unit managers are each responsible for their own area of operation—one medical and one psychological—and work in close collaboration. We are now seeking an engaged and development-oriented deputy unit manager responsible for the psychological area. You contribute to quality, patient safety, and work environment efforts, and advocate for knowledge-based care with the patient in focus. The role also includes responsibility for research, development, and learning within the organization. Clinical work corresponding to at least 20 percent of working time is included, with some variation based on organizational needs. Qualifications Licensed psychologist, licensed psychotherapist, licensed health and social care coordinator, or social work degree. You are a confident and stable person who creates trust and builds good relationships in your work. Through a structured and solution-focused approach, you contribute to clarity and long-term thinking, even in complex situations. As a leader, you are attentive, communicative, and unpretentious. You have a strong ability to collaborate with different professionals and to create participation and engagement around common goals. You thrive in a role where you support, motivate, and guide employees while contributing to organizational development. You are flexible and adaptable in a changing organization and have the ability to translate decisions and strategies into daily work. With an empathetic and relationship-building approach, you meet employees, patients, and partners with respect and understanding. You see the bigger picture, take responsibility for your assignment, and actively contribute to a good work environment and a high-quality organization.
