Your Responsibilities • Assess and manage the scope of nursing care interventions. • Conduct psychiatric status assessments through interviews to identify current deficits in the form of symptoms, well-being, vulnerability, and disease history. • Use MINI, AUDIT, and DUDIT as needed. • Mandatory suicide risk assessment—clinical evaluation of suicidal thoughts, plans, and intentions according to current guidelines. • Check and assess somatic status, vital parameters such as blood pressure, pulse, and any medication side effects. • Observe how the patient functions in their daily life (ADL), home environment, sleep patterns, and nutrition. • Family/caregiver dialogue after consent is obtained—involve and interview family members or other important people in the patient's network (to understand the complete picture). Family dialogue also includes children. • File concerns reports when suspecting a child is being harmed. • File concerns reports when suspecting an adult is being harmed.
