Marketing Manager - Restaurants & Social Media

We're looking for a driven and creative person who wants to take responsibility for marketing our restaurants. You'll work with social media, campaigns, website, content, and marketing activities – but also be out in the operations and understand our restaurants, guests, and our offering. We're looking for you if you: Are independent and can plan and drive your work without someone needing to tell you what to do all the time. Take your own initiative and see opportunities for improvements. Are receptive and can take ideas, feedback, and wishes from your colleagues. Can communicate clearly and professionally with restaurant managers, staff, and management. Understand why we market ourselves, not just how to make a post. Understand that marketing should create more guests, more sales, and stronger restaurant brands. Are creative and have a feel for images, text, video, and social media. Can plan content and campaigns for multiple restaurants at the same time. Are quick to see what needs to be done and act without always needing instructions. Are unpretentious and can help with simple tasks in the restaurant when the operation needs it. Job Responsibilities Take responsibility for and develop the restaurants' social media, website, etc. Create and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc. Take pictures and film food, restaurants, staff, and events. Write texts, campaigns, and offers. Plan marketing calendar and campaigns. Work with the restaurants' different concepts and target groups. Follow up on what works and suggest improvements. Work closely with restaurant managers and staff. Be present in the restaurants to create content and understand the operations. Help with simple restaurant tasks as needed. What's Most Important to Us We're not just looking for someone who can handle social media. We're looking for a person who sees what needs to be done – and does it. You should be able to walk into a restaurant, see the opportunity, capture it on image or video, create the right message, and then get it out to the guests. You need to understand that great marketing starts in the restaurant – with the food, the people, the feeling, and the experience – and then we need to get the guest to want to come there.
