The clinic has three outpatient units (including one addiction treatment unit), emergency services with observation beds and a mobile team, as well as four inpatient wards. Job Description As Operations Director, you hold overall responsibility for operations, staff, and finances. You lead the clinic's management group and ensure that operations develop and contribute to achieving established goals. You are part of the Psychiatry Center's management group and, together with your operations colleagues in the region, will continue developing psychiatry for the future. The goal is for it to be accessible and efficient, with high quality, and to create value in our interactions with those we serve. You will also have a significant and important role in Region Östergötland's transition based on the comorbidity reform and in developing the system leadership that needs to be strengthened together with the region's municipalities and other partner organizations. You report to the Production Unit Director for the Psychiatry Center. Travel within the region will occur. Work Team The clinic's management group includes care unit managers, medical director, chief physician, economist, and HR. You are the direct manager for the care unit managers, medical director, a clinic assistant, and a case officer. You will also work closely with other operations directors. About You We seek you with an academic degree, preferably in healthcare. You have management experience, and experience leading other managers is an advantage. You have worked in healthcare, and work experience from the public sector is valued. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. As Operations Director, you have multiple collaboration interfaces, making this role suitable for you if motivated to work with others and with strong listening and communication skills. You are clear, clarify expectations, and follow up on work. Through your leadership ability, you create engagement and participation where you collectively achieve goals efficiently. As a person, you are secure and stable with good self-awareness. You have the ability to make sound judgments and prioritizations based on complex information. You see the bigger picture and consider the broader perspective. Application and Employment Our management assignments are time-limited, which means you will receive permanent employment within Region Östergötland in your base profession and, in addition, a time-limited management assignment as Operations Director. The first interview is planned for the afternoon of October 1st and full day on October 2nd.
