Description As an activity coordinator, you are part of a team and are responsible for work with children and young people. Together with a colleague who is responsible for parent-oriented initiatives, you lead the operational activities; the team also includes activity leaders and volunteers. You plan, develop and lead initiatives such as study support, discussion groups, holiday activities, outings and leadership training. Examples of work tasks Create meaningful activities for children and young people by planning, implementing and evaluating activities based on our target groups and their needs. Ensure quality and results by monitoring, evaluating and reporting the activities' results, impacts and costs. Contribute to the development of activities together with the unit manager. Build relationships and engagement by creating trusting relationships with children, young people, adults and professionals. Collaborate with schools, municipalities, civil society and business on social initiatives. Lead and support in daily work by mentoring activity leaders, volunteers and interns.
