The Social Services Department is responsible for services, support and assistance to individuals and families in the municipality. Our activities are governed primarily by the Social Services Act, the LSS Act and the Health and Medical Care Act and shall implement services regulated by these laws. All activities are characterized by putting the individual at the center to meet the individual's needs. The task involves great customer focus and service spirit.
Shared personnel and scheduling provision consists of three units; Scheduling and Planning, Temporary and Recruitment, and Resources and Administration, which are responsible for providing support to a large part of the Social Services Department.

WORK TASKS
Work Tasks
As a nursing assistant in Motala Municipality, you work to provide our clients with good care and support based on their individual needs and wishes. You should, in a respectful manner, guide, support and motivate the client to manage their daily routines in the best way according to their own ability.
We offer varied work with a focus on daily care services. You perform tasks related to personal care, support with meals, social interaction, accompaniment, service tasks, etc. You will also perform health and medical care tasks on delegation and document in our journal systems.
As a nursing assistant in the municipality, you will be a fixed care contact, which means you work actively to create safe and trust-based relationships. The work requires great commitment and that you actively participate yourself to develop and improve the activities.
We are now seeking nursing assistants for our special housing facilities, home care and elderly care pool activities.
Working hours are scheduled on weekdays, evenings and weekends, including major holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS
Formal Competencies:
• You must have completed care and support education and have a completed degree.
• Experience using the computer as a tool in your work and you adapt easily to new digital tools.
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish as the work involves documentation and extensive dialogue with colleagues and clients.
• It is advantageous if you have previous experience with care and support-related tasks.
• It is advantageous if you can cycle.
• It is advantageous if you have a driver's license.
Personal Competencies:
• You have high work ethics and are genuinely interested in working with people.
• You are responsible and also have the resources required for change or problem-solving.
• You do your best by doing what you can right now and you quickly find solutions to problems that arise.
• You can work independently and take your own initiative.

Salary Form: Monthly salary.
Employment Type: Permanent employment.
