About the Role
As a care assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere for our customers is a large part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that enrich daily life for our elderly.
Your work tasks include, among other things:
• Personal care according to the operations' routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
• If needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Carry out documentation and work based on decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, family members, residents, nurses and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications
Requirements:
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer knowledge/experience
• Class B driver's license
Merits:
• Experience from care work in elderly care/home care
• Experience with delegation.
