Our Offering
The Psychiatric Clinic Motala Mjölby consists of outpatient clinics specializing in general psychiatry and addiction care in Motala and Mjölby. The operation also includes an inpatient ward and a mobile care team, both located in Motala.
The clinic operates as a unified care chain with treatment responsibility in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The clinic serves western Östergötland and has been part of Region Östergötland's Psychiatry Center since 2020, along with all other psychiatric operations.

Job Description
As a caregiver, you will engage in psychiatric care work where you support, motivate, and guide patients in their recovery and treatment. You contribute with assessments, documentation, and follow-ups, and work actively to strengthen the patient's own resources.
Your duties include:
Psychiatric care work.
Treatment follow-ups.
Psycho-educational and supportive conversations.
Health checks.
Telephone counseling.
Coordination of patient-related services.
Collaboration with family, care partners, and other stakeholders.
Work is conducted in close collaboration with other professionals on the team, and assessments are often conducted jointly to ensure the best possible care.
