As a Sales Marketing Coordinator with us, your mission is crystal clear: you sell in new external partnerships that match Jollyroom's target audience, you own your budget and your targets, and you celebrate every deal as if it were Friday. We are looking for someone who has sales in their blood, who enjoys chasing numbers, and who sees a good KPI report as a fun challenge rather than a chore. Job Information You are on it and hunting new business from day one – new customer acquisition and relationship-building sales are your daily routine, and you love positioning Jollyroom as the collaboration partner everyone wants on their list. You own the entire journey: from the first call and needs analysis, to closing the deal, implementation, and checking the results afterward (and hopefully beating it next time). Marketing initiatives are your weapon – a strategic sales tool you use to squeeze maximum business value out of every partnership. You are driven by reaching and crushing your targets, you get excited about a good deal, and you see an opportunity where others only see a no. Responsibilities: Active outbound phone sales and prospecting of new partnership candidates Responsibility for sales budget, set KPIs, and target achievement Independently conduct meetings and negotiate partnerships with potential partners Create and sell customized marketing and partnership solutions based on Jollyroom's channel mix Plan, coordinate, and execute joint marketing initiatives with external partners Ongoing follow-up, analysis, and reporting of sales and results Administrative tasks related to agreements, follow-up, and business deals Project management of marketing-related partnerships with clear business focus We are looking for you who: Have 1–2 years of experience in a clearly sales-focused role, preferably in telephone sales or face-to-face sales Have experience working toward budget and KPIs Have further education in marketing, sales, communication, or similar Are business-minded, relationship-building, and structured with strong self-drive Are communicative, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role with a fast pace and clear targets Are fluent in Swedish and English We look forward to welcoming a new colleague who is ready to take on new challenges and be part of our engaged team!
