What you'll do as our Regional Installation Manager The role carries overall responsibility for the installation of PDS products and is responsible for installation coordination within projects. It also includes full personnel responsibility for the region's technicians and leading and distributing work for staff within the assigned region. An important focus is to ensure that cost, time, and quality targets are met in accordance with agreements. As Regional Installation Manager, you also have financial responsibility, including follow-up of completed installations according to key metrics, routines, and working methods. You will also handle: · Customer contact throughout the installation period, including installation preparations, technical questions, and negotiation for additional work. · Operational and financial responsibility for installations being carried out according to agreement and schedule, as well as follow-up of costs and quality. · Ensuring that subcontractors and resources meet quality requirements, certifications, and safety regulations, and that work can be performed without risk of illness or accidents. · Management of technicians and subcontractors from technical and geographic perspectives. · Responsibility for quality assurance of installations on site, handling complaints, and technical support to technicians, material buyers, and installation planners. · Support to sales with cost estimates for renovations and modifications, as well as responsibility for the district's forecasts on a monthly and weekly basis. Skills and Experience: We're looking for someone who has: · Very good technical knowledge, preferably with knowledge of automatic doors and access solutions, and the ability to read drawings and assess installation possibilities. · Business acumen to evaluate quotes from subcontractors and assess technical qualifications for both your own staff and subcontractors. · Good planning skills with focus on scheduling and structure in activities, as well as good knowledge of your geographic responsibility/district. · Good understanding of Swedish laws and regulations governing the business area, including knowledge of construction law, BAS-U, and contract issues. · Beneficial if you have previous experience in the construction industry where you have worked with project management and construction meetings. As a person, we see that you are goal- and results-oriented with good leadership qualities and a structured working style. You have a strong ability to build relationships and maintain a high level of service; we also see that you are communicative and have very good collaboration skills. Your high level of business sense and quality awareness characterizes your work. You have at least three years of technical upper secondary education or equivalent, with very good Swedish language skills and good English language skills, both spoken and written. Your computer skills include experience with MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems. With 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field, including at least 2 years in a management role, you have a solid background. You also have experience with construction contracting, installation coordination, and cost estimation of installation work. Finally, you hold a B-class driving license and are prepared to spend approximately 25–40% of your time in the field.
