Assessments are conducted in close collaboration with other professionals in diagnosis-focused competency teams. Assessment work provides the foundation for future habilitation and rehabilitation efforts. Toward the end of each assessment, oral presentation of results and recommendations takes place with the referring facility and, where applicable, other networks surrounding the child. Results are summarized in a final note sent to guardians and the referring physician. Continuous competency development based on operational needs is prioritized, while the opportunity for remote administrative work one day per week is provided if work permits. Various research projects are conducted in the operation, providing opportunities for academic development. Qualifications We are seeking a licensed psychologist with an interest in working primarily with children/adolescents following acquired brain injuries. Experience in rehabilitation or habilitation is a merit. Knowledge in neuropsychology and experience with neuropsychological assessments as well as experience working with children and adolescents are also merits. We value interest in development work within our operational area and strong skills in documentation. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability and qualities such as strong ability to collaborate. Success in this role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team and to be quality-conscious.
