About the Role: As a Solution Manager Telematic, you will be responsible for driving solutions, defining the solution's vision, coordinating teams, and ensuring that the strategy leads to high-quality results. An important part of the role is identifying, understanding, and translating customer needs into clear, actionable technical solutions that create value for the customer. You are responsible for customer communication, conveying the solution's vision, providing ongoing updates, and ensuring close coordination between the customer and development teams. In this role, you have overall responsibility for the Solution Backlog, where you continuously prioritize, refine, and ensure that the backlog is updated and aligned with the solution's goals. You are also responsible for planning releases and overall delivery planning to ensure efficient deliveries according to agreed strategy and timeline. The role involves close collaboration with development teams and other stakeholders, where you coordinate work, manage dependencies between teams, and create conditions for effective and quality deliveries. You are also responsible for monitoring and evaluating product quality, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring continuous development of the solution.
