You need to be able to quickly intervene in case of epileptic seizures. You work alone in the member's home and he has assistants with him at all hours of the day with awake nights and some double staffing scheduled during day and evening hours. You who are seeking this position should be a calm, pedagogical and empathetic person with great empathetic ability. If you have experience with care and healthcare, developmental disabilities and epilepsy, that is a great plus.
