Then the role of Production Technician within Logistics and Production might be right for you. We are looking for a driven and business-minded Production Technician who wants to take a key role in Tibnor's continued development journey. In this role, you will work closely with both operations and management to identify improvement opportunities, drive investment projects, and develop our processes in line with operational and market needs. About Tibnor Tibnor is the leading steel supplier in the Nordic region and the Baltics. In close collaboration with SSAB, suppliers, and customers, the company provides the Nordic and Baltic industries with a broad range of products and services within steel and metals. With strong local presence and solid industry expertise, Tibnor is an important partner within the construction and industrial segments. This position is primarily located at the office in Köping, alternatively Eskilstuna. About the Role As a Production Technician within Logistics and Production, you will have a central role in developing and improving Tibnor's operations. You will lead investment and improvement projects from concept through implementation and act as project manager for development projects. An important part of the role is to participate in and lead procurement of production equipment as well as support FAT, installation, and commissioning of new equipment. You will also identify and implement productivity and capacity improvements and lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and improvement teams. Furthermore, you will work with process development, standardization, and Lean initiatives. You are responsible for establishing project plans, investment calculations, and cost analyses as well as conducting risk analyses and impact assessments for operational changes. A central part of the work is also to ensure follow-up of project objectives, budgets, and schedules. In this role, you will also contribute with market analysis and strategic planning for the long-term development of operations. The role involves travel, primarily between Tibnor's production sites in Köping, Eskilstuna, and Lanna. Travel to other locations within Sweden occurs regularly, as well as international travel when needed.
