Job Description SIUS stands for Special Introduction and Follow-up Support – a method aimed at supporting people with disabilities in finding, obtaining, and keeping employment. The method is based on individually tailored support, both to the job seeker and to the employer, to create long-term and sustainable employment. As an employment advisor with SIUS focus, you have a key role in contributing to a more inclusive labor market. You work to identify and highlight the job seeker's competence, abilities, and motivations, with the goal of matching these to employers' needs. One of the services may be wholly or partially directed toward our collaboration with the Prison and Probation Service. An important part of your assignment is to actively and proactively work to reach out to employers. You take your own initiatives to establish and develop business contacts, market the Employment Agency's support to employers, and create new employment opportunities for people with disabilities. The work also involves continuously working the labor market within the region where you operate, following up on contacts, and building long-term collaborations with companies and organizations. You work closely with colleagues within the section and with other stakeholders, where together you help more job seekers get the opportunity to step into the labor market. The position involves regular travel within Gothenburg and surrounding municipalities to acquire services and follow up on current employment with various employers. Labor Market Secretary at Krami

Ref: 20261992 Job Responsibilities We are now seeking a labor market secretary for Krami, whose activities are conducted in collaboration between the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, and the City of Malmö. Krami serves individuals with connections to criminal activity and/or substance abuse who have not achieved education or employment and require close personal and social follow-up. Collaboration is one of Krami's two foundational pillars. Krami is an inter-organizational collaboration that requires high collaboration competence and very good cooperation skills as you will be part of a team where you work closely and across boundaries with colleagues from the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, and the City of Malmö. We constantly strive to develop our teams so we can focus on complex problems and avoid simple mistakes. Therefore, communication, openness, humility, participant focus, and patience are important personal qualities in our teamwork. Consequential pedagogy is the second foundational pillar. Beyond Krami's recidivism prevention work, Krami is a labor market intervention and must annually achieve a fixed performance target where at least half of the enrolled participants (approximately 75 participants) reach the goal of employment/studies and self-support. Therefore, the position requires that you are results-oriented, and we particularly value experience in guidance toward employment/studies within the labor market policy field. In your work, you are expected to establish new employer contacts and build relationships and networks with employers to create conditions for participants to achieve one of Krami's main goals. Long-term and close social, education, and work-related follow-up are important elements of Krami's working methodology to keep participants engaged in their change processes and maintain their employment over time. Follow-up occurs through relationship-building activities within and outside the organization, workplace follow-up, and through psychosocial advice and support. Working at Krami involves shared responsibility for daily operations, including planning and implementing various physical and socialpedagogical activities, camp activities, and other activities that may take place in evenings and on weekends. Qualifications We are seeking someone with a university degree with a behavioral science focus that the employer deems relevant for the position (minimum 180 credits). You must also have at least 2 years of professional work experience in practical socialpedagogical work with target groups exhibiting social problems. You have experience with inter-organizational collaboration work with other authorities/operations/institutions and are well acquainted with both success factors and pitfalls of this form of collaboration.
