Ref: 20261992 Job Responsibilities We are now seeking a labor market secretary for Krami, whose activities are conducted in collaboration between the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, and the City of Malmö. Krami serves individuals with connections to criminal activity and/or substance abuse who have not achieved education or employment and require close personal and social follow-up. Collaboration is one of Krami's two foundational pillars. Krami is an inter-organizational collaboration that requires high collaboration competence and very good cooperation skills as you will be part of a team where you work closely and across boundaries with colleagues from the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, and the City of Malmö. We constantly strive to develop our teams so we can focus on complex problems and avoid simple mistakes. Therefore, communication, openness, humility, participant focus, and patience are important personal qualities in our teamwork. Consequential pedagogy is the second foundational pillar. As an employee at Krami, you commit to working from a consequential pedagogical approach and express the existentialist view of human beings on which consequential pedagogy is based. Based on this fundamental approach, you will work with social learning processes where participants are given the opportunity to develop their social action competence. Consequential pedagogy is also the approach that guides collaboration between Krami employees and forms the basis for professional pedagogical practice and a good work environment. Krami's objectives are that participants will: find, obtain, and maintain employment; live law-abiding lives; enter into new social contexts; and become self-supporting. To achieve these goals, you need good knowledge of the institutional systems and broad guidance knowledge as you will work with education and career guidance, individual guidance, group guidance, and spontaneous guidance. Beyond Krami's recidivism prevention work, Krami is a labor market intervention and must annually achieve a fixed performance target where at least half of the enrolled participants (approximately 75 participants) reach the goal of employment/studies and self-support. Therefore, the position requires that you are results-oriented, and we particularly value experience in guidance toward employment/studies within the labor market policy field. In your work, you are expected to establish new employer contacts and build relationships and networks with employers to create conditions for participants to achieve one of Krami's main goals. Long-term and close social, education, and work-related follow-up are important elements of Krami's working methodology to keep participants engaged in their change processes and maintain their employment over time. Follow-up occurs through relationship-building activities within and outside the organization, workplace follow-up, and through psychosocial advice and support. Working at Krami involves shared responsibility for daily operations, including planning and implementing various physical and socialpedagogical activities, camp activities, and other activities that may take place in evenings and on weekends. Qualifications We are seeking someone with a university degree with a behavioral science focus that the employer deems relevant for the position (minimum 180 credits). You must also have at least 2 years of professional work experience in practical socialpedagogical work with target groups exhibiting social problems. You have experience with inter-organizational collaboration work with other authorities/operations/institutions and are well acquainted with both success factors and pitfalls of this form of collaboration. The position requires that you work in a team based on a shared consequential pedagogical approach to achieve the best results for participants. A driver's license is a requirement for the position. The following are considered advantageous: Training in consequential pedagogy Training in pedagogical change work Experience working with the relevant target group Experience with labor market policy measures Experience in education and career guidance Experience in group guidance Experience working with people facing lifestyle changes Knowledge/experience of ProCapita We are seeking an employee who wants to work in collaboration, has very good cooperation skills (both internally and externally), is driven, engaged, communicative, and flexible. It is important that you have an interest in understanding the external environment regarding the target group's multifaceted issues. You express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing, and it is positive if you have knowledge of other languages deemed relevant for the organization.
