Tire, Glass & Roadworthiness Management · Support seasonal tire operations, including winter/summer tire changes, tire storage, tire wear tracking, and replacement planning. · Coordinate glass repair and replacement cases to reduce vehicle downtime. · Track vehicle inspection deadlines and ensure vehicles remain compliant with local safety and roadworthiness regulations. · Support preventive maintenance activities to minimize breakdowns and unexpected off-road cases. Cost Control & Insurance Coordination · Track repair, maintenance, tire, glass, and service costs against approved budgets. · Review service records and invoices to ensure accuracy before submission for approval. · Coordinate with insurance partners for accident repair claims and damage recovery processes. · Identify abnormal repair costs, repeated damages, or long downtime cases and report them to management. Driver & Internal Support · Act as a local support point for drivers regarding vehicle issues, dashboard alerts, charging-related concerns, or repair updates. · Provide timely updates to internal teams on vehicle maintenance status, repair progress, and off-road cases. · Support the implementation of repair and maintenance policies, operating procedures, and local compliance requirements.
