Your Role
As a service technician at Caverion, you work on an important assignment for Trafikverket with responsibility for the operation and maintenance of technical installations in Stockholm's tunnel and road environment. The facilities include, among other things, Norra länken, Södra länken, Norrortsleden, Muskötunneln, and approximately 80 smaller facilities throughout the county. The work takes place in technically complex and varied environments – from tunnels and wells to pump stations and dams. The assignment includes several technical disciplines, including water/sanitation, ventilation, cooling, and electrical. You work independently and have daily contact with both the team and the customer. You work from home with a service vehicle that is used in your work.
Your main responsibilities:
Perform inspection, maintenance, and upkeep of technical installations
Troubleshoot and resolve operational disturbances in water/sanitation, ventilation, cooling, and electrical systems
Plan and document your own work and report to the customer
Contribute to projects, improvement work, and basic installation work
Contribute to additional sales by identifying improvement opportunities
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who thrives with responsibility, has an eye for technical details, and enjoys working independently. You collaborate easily, take your own initiatives, and always keep safety and structure in focus. You are accustomed to planning and carefully documenting your work, and you communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues.
We are looking for someone who has:
Relevant technical education in HVAC/water systems, operations engineering, industrial or process technology, or equivalent work experience
At least 3 years of experience in operation, service, and troubleshooting in water/sanitation and/or ventilation in complex technical facilities or process environments
Technical knowledge in electrical systems and experience working with electrical current
Good understanding of technical processes and systems
Good collaboration skills and experience with customer contact, both in the field and in planning
Good computer skills and very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Driver's license category B
We consider it a merit if you have experience from larger operation and service assignments involving multiple technical areas as well as experience with pumps.
