The Legal Support unit is responsible for the department's review activities, court proceedings, and case-related legal support. Now we are strengthening our review unit with additional colleagues. We are looking for you who, together with us, want to be a driving force in legal quality work within the Benefit Fraud Unit.
Investigations, analyses, and teamwork
As a review officer, you safeguard citizens' rights by conducting a new complete review of decisions where individuals have requested that the Agency's decision be reconsidered. You assess, investigate, and decide on the matter. You make clear and legally secure decisions that address all claims. If a reviewed decision is appealed to court, you are responsible for preparing documentation for the court's review. You maintain contact via telephone or in writing. Externally, you contact employers, healthcare, the Swedish Public Employment Service, municipalities, and county councils, among others.
In your work, you actively strive for continuous improvement of quality in work processes and case handling and support learning in the handling of individual cases. As a review officer, you handle confidential information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have a strong security awareness.

We are looking for you who
have a university degree or experience and qualifications that can be assessed as equivalent. Preferably with a focus on social sciences or law
have a systematic and thorough approach and deliver results according to agreement
understand and effectively analyze complex issues
work effectively with others and share knowledge, experience, and information
have good communication skills, both verbal and written
support others in striving to achieve common goals.
It is an advantage if you
have in-depth knowledge of social insurance and administrative law
have specialist expertise or case handling experience in one of the Agency's benefit areas
have worked for at least 3 years with one or more of the benefits housing allowance and care allowance/extra cost compensation
have or have had a responsibility area in addition to your core duties, such as team coordinator or supervisor.

2 positions, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. Probationary employment may be applicable. Certain positions at our agency involve participation in security-sensitive activities. To be employed in such a position, a passed security vetting in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required.
