About the Role We are currently building a cohesive quality management system, with the goal of creating an organization where quality is a natural part of everyday work, where offices learn from each other, and where our customers notice the difference. We are now seeking a Quality Manager to drive this work forward operationally and, in collaboration with the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer (CRCO), also contribute to strategic work. The role involves continuing to develop our quality management system, monitoring quality work, handling deviations, spreading best practices between offices, and contributing to continuous improvement, all in close collaboration with office managers and other functions. The role reports to the CRCO. What You Will Do: Drive the development of our quality management system Own the ongoing monitoring of quality work in Sweden, conduct gap analyses, internal controls, and handle deviations Coordinate the work performed by quality managers within each business area Build and coordinate an internal network/team of consultants who can regularly assist in ongoing quality monitoring, for example regarding internal controls Identify and spread best practices between offices, ensuring quality is consistent regardless of which office or consultant a customer meets Work proactively with continuous improvement including trend analysis and root cause analysis across office boundaries Exchange experiences with quality managers in other countries within the group Collaborate with HR to build an organizational culture where high quality, reliability, consistency, proactivity, clear communication, and learning become a natural part of everyday work Collaborate with HR on training initiatives that strengthen quality work, for example based on identified deviation patterns or competency needs Report results and status to the CRCO in a way that provides a clear decision-making foundation Who Are You? About the Role As a consultant at Sawubona IT, you'll have the opportunity to work on qualified projects with clients where data, analysis, reporting, and visualization are central to their operations. Projects may vary, but what they share is that you work closely with stakeholders, business teams, IT, and other partners to understand needs, requirements, and context—and translate them into solutions that are clear, relevant, and usable. You combine technical understanding of BI, data modeling, and report development with a strong eye for presentation, usability, and business value. You work systematically to analyze data, create educational visualizations, and build reports and dashboards that help clients monitor, understand, and act on the right information. You might, for example: · capture, analyze, and describe business needs related to data, reporting, and monitoring · develop analyses, reports, and dashboards in Power BI or other relevant BI tools · work with data modeling, data sources, measures, calculations, and report logic · create clear, educational, and visually attractive visualizations that make complex information easier to understand · collaborate closely with stakeholders, business representatives, IT, and other partners · contribute with data storytelling and graphic best practices to clarify insights and relationships · quality-assure reports, document solutions, and support long-term sustainable BI deliverables You'll become an important part of making data more accessible, understandable, and useful for our clients, while contributing to better decision support and more data-driven working methods. We're Looking for Someone Who · has several years of experience in BI development, report development, or business-focused data analysis · has strong knowledge of Power BI and experience developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations · is comfortable with needs assessments, requirement understanding, and mapping together with business teams and stakeholders · understands data modeling, data quality, data sources, and how data can be transformed into decision support · has a good eye for visualization, user experience, and how information is presented in an educational way · communicates clearly in Swedish and English and thrives in dialogue between business, IT, and other stakeholders · has a consultative approach and enjoys client-facing projects where you create tangible value.
