We're looking for a dedicated language teacher in German or Italian who wants to help create learning, inclusion, and hope for the future in our Stockholm operations.
About the Role
As a language teacher with us, you'll be an important part of participants' journey toward greater inclusion, independence, and better job prospects. You work closely with participants from diverse backgrounds and circumstances, and you shape the teaching together with them. Here, language, adult education, and civic engagement come together in everyday work.
- Plan and deliver instruction in German or Italian at various levels
- Adapt lessons and materials to participants' needs, goals, and circumstances
- Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders
- Monitor participants' development and document according to our procedures
- Actively contribute to pedagogical development, quality assurance, and creative approaches
Who You Are
You enjoy meeting people, have pedagogical patience, and believe learning should be both serious and enjoyable. You're confident in your language skills, curious about different life stories, and see opportunities where others sometimes see obstacles. Above all, you believe everyone can learn with the right support.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in teaching or pedagogical work
- Have very strong skills in German or Italian, preferably as a main subject
- Are experienced in adapting instruction to different levels and individual needs
- Are comfortable with digital tools in the classroom and for documentation
- Are organized, solution-oriented, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
- Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Employment Type and Location
You'll be hired on a fixed-term basis with a clear employment period tied to a project or term, providing both structure and security during your assignment. The position is located in Stockholm, with the possibility of some work at other locations within the organization when needed. Working hours may be scheduled for both daytime and evening, Monday–Friday, with some flexibility based on participants' needs and the organization's structure.
