About the Role As a warehouse supervisor, you have an important function in daily operations and ensure that warehouse work flows according to plan. You lead and allocate daily work, create clear priorities, and adapt planning based on volumes, staffing, and operational needs. You work closely with the team and continuously monitor how work progresses throughout the day. When conditions change, you need to quickly reprioritize, handle deviations, and find solutions that keep operations running smoothly. You are clear in your communication, find it easy to prioritize, and build trust by being present and available to the team. It is a merit if you have a forklift license and forklift experience.
