Key responsibilities
In this role, you will among other things:
Handle customer orders and related administration
Work with invoice inquiries and customer matters
Be an important contact point for customers and internal functions
Collaborate with colleagues in the Nordic region
Participate in projects and improvement initiatives
Contribute to the development of processes and ways of working
Work in business systems and digital tools
We are looking for you
We believe you have several years of experience from customer service, order administration, coordination, or similar roles.

Qualifications
Experience in customer service, administration, or order handling

Strong knowledge of Swedish, English, and Danish both spoken and written
Experience with SAP is a plus
Understanding of Scandinavian languages is a plus
Experience from medical technology or other regulatory-driven industry is a bonus

Work hours, start date, and scope
Work hours are office hours Monday to Friday. You will be directly employed by our client and will be based at the office in Danderyd with good commuting options, desired start date as soon as possible, preferably during November.
